What kinds of events do you plan?

While we started as a pop-up picnic company, we offer event planning and event design for everything from proposals to dinner parties, kids birthday parties, family gatherings, and more. We guide you on all things decor and planning so all you have to do is hire us, and we’ll do the rest.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD WE PLAN OUR EVENT?

While we’re sometimes available for last-minute requests, our services book up fast. We typically recommend planning (and booking) 2-3 months in advance with us to ensure we’re available for your desired event date.

HOW MUCH DO YOUR SERVICES COST?

Every event is custom. As such, we discuss your event with you before providing pricing for your unique event, based on guest count and other selections.

DO YOU ONLY OFFER OUTDOOR EVENTS?

Not at all! While we love offering outdoor events on beaches, patios, and backyards, we also plan and curate indoor events in your home or venue of choice.

DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT TO SECURE OUR EVENT DATE?

Yes! A 50% deposit is required to secure your date. All other payments must be made before your event date.

HOW FAR DO YOU TRAVEL FOR EVENTS?

We serve clients across South Jersey, but we’re happy to travel for your event by adding an additional travel fee to our services.

Picnics

How does a Pop-Up Picnic work?

We supply everything you need to have a luxury, elevated event experience. You pick the date & location and we provide everything else!

What’s included in a Pop-Up Picnic?

Each picnic includes a low table with rugs, blankets, pillows for seating, full place settings, custom curated tablescape based on booking details & selected color palette, a custom message board with your saying of choice, bluetooth speaker, and a fringe umbrella (depending on the season). We also have a list of add-ons that can be added to any picnic including a charcuterie board of meats & cheeses, sparkling water, and a cooler or ice bucket.

How long does a Pop-Up Picnic event last?

Each picnic is 2 hours. You are able to extend your time for an additional cost of $25 for an extra half hour, $50 for an extra hour. Outdoor picnics at beaches and parks must end by sunset so we have appropriate light when cleaning up.

Can I bring additional food and drink?

Of course! Guests are welcome to bring any additional food and drink they would like to their picnic or event. We do not offer food pick-up/delivery at this time and we do not provide alcohol. It is also important to remember that alcohol is prohibited at any public beach or park in south New Jersey.

Do you have a weather policy?

In case of inclement weather (rain or extreme wind), we will reschedule your event if necessary.
